Lads to Leaders is a family and congregational program for adults and youth, kindergarten thru 12th grade to help prepare them to be future leaders in the church. Our church has collectivly been apart of the program for four years. We have watched the program grow in our Elmore family over the past few years because of the excitement it brings to our youth. The convention is the highlight of all the preparation put into developing skills for church leadership throughout the year.
